Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package over to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
